Miami's Little Havana holds the rare (perhaps exclusive) distinction of being an expat neighborhood that has surpassed the motherland in terms of culinary importance (due to a variety of political and socio-economic factors that we wont get into here). We've been to "big" Havana and can attest to the fairness of that determination.
